Hitting your son on the shoulder can be considered too hard if it caused him pain or discomfort. It's important to consider the impact of physical discipline on your child's emotional well-being and to find alternative, non-violent ways to address behavior issues. It's recommended to communicate openly with your son about the incident and apologize if necessary, while also seeking guidance on positive discipline strategies to use in the future. **

If boxing training is hitting you hard, it's important to listen to your body and not push yourself beyond your limits. Make sure you are properly hydrating, eating nutritious foods, and getting enough rest to support your recovery. Consider speaking with your coach or trainer about modifying your training routine to better suit your current fitness level and avoid injury. It's also a good idea to incorporate some cross-training or rest days to give your body a chance to recover and prevent burnout. **

I would recommend "John Wick" for its intense action sequences and compelling storyline. Another great choice would be "Mad Max: Fury Road" for its non-stop adrenaline-pumping action and stunning visuals. Additionally, "The Raid" and its sequel "The Raid 2" are both excellent options for their intense martial arts fight scenes and gritty, realistic action. **

To drive a nail without hitting a wire, you can use a stud finder to locate the position of any electrical wires behind the wall. Once you have identified the clear path for the nail, you can carefully and slowly drive the nail into the wall, making sure to avoid the areas where the wires are located. It's important to proceed with caution and to double-check the location of the wires before hammering the nail in. If you are unsure about the location of the wires, it's best to consult a professional to avoid any potential hazards. **

Both actions are abhorrent and unacceptable. Harming innocent, defenseless children and animals are both forms of cruelty and violence that should never be justified or tolerated. It is important to protect and care for all living beings, regardless of their species. **

Yes, you can still report your ex for hitting you years ago. There is no statute of limitations on reporting domestic violence in many places, so you can still seek legal action if you choose to do so. It's important to seek support from a trusted friend, family member, or professional to help you navigate the process and ensure your safety. Remember that you deserve to be safe and supported, and reporting the abuse is a step towards seeking justice and healing. **
